Tacoma Sandwich Special of the Day: Olive Amusement

FRIDAY, JAN. 21 2022: The Peaks & Pints Kitchen created a Friday sandwich special of turkey, pesto, olive tapenade, red onion, goat cheese, bacon, and balsamic glaze on sourdough.

PAIRING: Block 15 Brewing 2021 AmusemenT

This saison is blended with nearly 2-year-old spontaneously fermented and oak aged wild ale from de Garde Brewing, producing a balanced and characterful blend with funky lemon notes that will cut nicely through the fattier aspects of the pesto and olives, while the saison’s earth notes while compliment the pesto and tapenade, plus the effervescent feel will cleanse the palate for the next bite.

We’re open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, but we hope to return to “before times” hours when we’re able to seat at full capacity.
