THURSDAY, JAN. 13 2022: The Peaks & Pints Kitchen whipped up tasty chicken sandwich with pesto, provolone, white balsamic, tomato, and arugula on French.

PAIRING: The Ale Apothecary Sahati

The Ale Apothecary went old school creating this Finnish saison using a 200-year-old Engelmann spruce tree needles to filter the beer and impart resinous oils. The addition of barley and rye malt, and Goschie Farms Cascade hops, produces an herbal saison that works with the sandwich’s pesto, balsamic, and arugula.

We’re open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, but we hope to return to “before times” hours when we’re able to seat at full capacity.
