SATURDAY, JAN. 8 2022: When Peaks & Pints sandwich special meets Fremont’s Baxter Cold IPA that’s amore. Salami, pepperoni, ham, white balsamic, red onion, Havarti, and arugula on French deserves a beer that complements the flavors. Enter Tacoma Sandwich Special of the Day: Italian Baxter.

PAIRING: Fremont Brewing Baxter Cold IPA

This cold IPA has a hop aroma, fruity flavors, clean bitterness, and a bold, clean finish that makes the drinker crave another sip. It cuts through the Italian meats yet allows the sandwich flavors to shine.

We’re open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, but we hope to return to “before times” hours when we’re abole to seat at full capacity.
