Welcome to Tacoma, Bottle Logic Brewing
Bottle Logic Brewing was never meant to be ordinary. Back in 2013, three homebrew co-conspirators — Wes Parker, Steve Napolitano, and Brandon Buckner — decided their garage chemistry deserved a bigger laboratory, so they dropped anchor at the tangled crossroads of the 91 and 57 freeways in Anaheim. What they built wasn’t just a brewery; it was a 6,000-square-foot retro-future fever dream, styled after the sci-fi optimism of the postwar years, when flying cars and atomic unicycles felt less like punchlines and more like destiny. Imagine chrome optimism, neon jetpacks, barstools pointed toward tomorrow. And the beer? Bold enough to justify the fantasy, veering from hop-forward witchcraft to barrel-aged pastry stouts so decadent they might as well come with their own NASA clearance codes. Awards followed, cult status bloomed, and now — courtesy of Stoup Distro’s beery benevolence — Bottle Logic’s inventions have landed in Washington. Peaks & Pints has six of these mad-science marvels in our cooler, each one humming with equal parts sorcery and circuitry, waiting for you to test the hypothesis.
