MONDAY, JAN. 10 2022: Peaks & Pints Kitchen’s Capt. Caleb Cook dropped Tacoma Sandwich Special of the Day: French Dip Revival on a Monday! We’re talking roast beef, rosemary mayo, Havarti, and red onion on French with a side of au jus.

PAIRING: Triceratops Brewing Revival Coffee Milk Stout

Triceratops brewed their Revival Coffee Milk Stout with their friends at Olympia’s Revival Motors & Coffee Company. They added complex, full-bodied, cold brew Arabica coffee from Caffè Umbria to Triceratops’ award-winning Milk Stout recipe for a balanced beer with creamy sweetness, plenty of medium dark roast flavor, and a sessionable 4.4-percent.

Last month, Revival Motors & Coffee Company experience a flood followed by a devastating fire. In response, Triceratops is donating proceeds from the coffee milk stout to help Revival owners Audrey Henley and James Davies rebuild. You can also donate funds at Revival’s GoFundMe page.
