MONDAY, JAN. 24 2022: The Peaks & Pints Kitchen tweaked our flagship Italian Grinder offering pepperoni, salami, Dijonnaise, provolone, tomato, and arugula on sourdough from open to close today.

PAIRING: Skookum Brewery Descent Dark Lager

The slightly spicy notes of the meat pair well with a malty beer like Descent Dark Lager with its super malty roastiness, caramel sweetness, and faint hint of coffee.

We’re open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, but we hope to return to “before times” hours when we’re able to seat at full capacity.
