3 Fonteinen Hommage is an unfiltered and unpasteurized whole sour cherry and raspberry lambic blended with more lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35 percent fruit, 5.5%

3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze is a blend of 1-, 2-, and 3-year-old lambic unfiltered and unpasteurized, then aged in the bottle for at least 6 months for its famous champagne-like spritziness, 6%

3 Fonteinen Zenne y Frontera (Batch 5) is 21 Oloroso and 7 PX barrel blend aged with young lambic on them for another year for a 100 percent 3 Fonteinen lambic with notes of stone fruit, strawberry, mineral, wood, and lemon, with a sour finish, 7.1%

8 Wired Brewing Flat White is a New Zealand milk stout brewed Cuban and Brazilian coffee, 5.5%

8 Wired Snakecharmer is a sour ale aged in Pinot Noir barrels for two years with blackcurrants and a cocktail of microbes, creating a complex mélange of funk, fruit and tartness, 7.7%

Alesong Brewing & Blending Gose Anejo is a tart gose-style ale brewed with lime and sea salt, then aged in freshly emptied extra añejo tequila barrels from Suerte tequila to contribute an earthy and smoky depth. Finished on lime and orange peels, this beer is a margarita, 7%

Amager Bryghus Double Black Mash 2018 is just that, double mashed, doubling everything that was already good for an all grain, heavy duty, no nonsense imperial stout, 12%

Amager Pride (The Sinner Series) imperial stout was boiled for 6 hours for bold chocolate notes on the nose, followed by notes of chocolate, nutmeg, coffee, prunes, bit of bourbon and lots of spicy hops, 10%

Amager Bbl Hr. Frederiksen Vaesel Brunch is a collaboration blend with Mikkeller — a blend of Hr.Fredriksens (Amager) and Beer Geek Brunch Weasel (Mikkeller) — then aged in bourbon barrels for massively bitter, roasty, dark chocolate and espresso imperial oatmeal stout, 10.7%

Anchorage Brewing Anadromous Black Sour is aged in French Oak Pinot Noir barrels with Kodiak salmon berries and Brettanomyces, 8.5%

Anchorage Mosaic Saison is sees time with Mosaic hops and Brettanomyces, as well as aged and fermented in oak barrels, 6.5%

Bellwoods Farmageddon Raspberry & Blackberry 2020 is their flagship wild farmhouse ale that is blended and aged for a balanced, bright, slightly acidic, subtly Brett-y barrel aged beer with flavors and aromas of berries followed by a light herbaceous finish, Brett funk and slight woodsy notes that come across as berry seeds and leaves, 6.1%

De Ranke Cuvée De Ranke is a somewhat sour, somewhat hoppy beer based, on an old style with a 70/30 blend of a beer brewed with top fermenting Rodenbach yeast and aged Giardin lambic, 7%

Dieu du Ciel! Solstice d’Hiver is a noble, dark, boozy winter barleywine that is reminiscent of red fruit brought by an English-type yeast with an aftertaste accentuated by hop flavor, 10.2%

E9 Brewing Bramble Star is a mix of E9 Head Brewer Shane Johns’ favorite fruits compiled into a wild ale of 12-, 18- and 24-year-old barrels, 6.5%

Põhjala Forest Bänger is a banging imperial stout brewed with smashed rowanberries, Estonian juniper wood and smoked malts, 12.5%

Wildflower Brewing & Blending Amber is a well cellared, rounded, malt-accentuated Australian wild ale racked into French oak barrels to further develop a smooth palate and express funky, tart characteristics from their indigenous yeast, then blended for a desired malt forward with subtle acidic character, 6%
