BIBLE BELT, Evil Twin Brewing/Prairie Artisan Ales: A collaboration between Evil Twin and Prairie Artisan Ales, Bible Belt is a 13 percent imperial stout conditioned on cacao nibs, chili peppers, coffee and vanilla beans. The stout was first released in 2014 and combines Evil Twin’s Even More Jesus imperial stout (12 percent ABV) and the same spices and other adjuncts that are used in Prairie Bomb! imperial stout (13 percent ABV). 13%, 16oz

“C” IS FOR CHERRY, Evil Twin Brewing: Evil Twin continues to work its way through the alphabet with another new gose-style ale. This is C Is For Cherry and it is a gose brewed with cherry and salt. 4.5%, 16oz

COLLABORATIONS ARE FOR LOVERS, Stillwater Artisan Ales: A three-way with Denver’s Logan House Coffee and Sleeping Giant Brewery, Stillwater amps up this mango, vanilla and coffee imperial pastry stout with boozy madness. Think a mango-filled coffee cake with the kick of an after-dinner liqueur. 16%, 16oz

HARLAN’S BARREL AGED EVEN MORE JESUS, Evil Twin Brewing: The brewery’s liquid chocolate imperial stout aged in Harlan Estate Bordeaux barrels for added notes of cassis, black currant, black cherries and ripe tannins. 12%, 22oz

NOA PECAN MUD CAKE, Omnipollo: Brewed at Brouwerij de Molen in Holland and Dugges Bryggeri in Sweden, this imperial pastry stout offers an intense aroma of milk chocolate, caramel, praline filling, peanut butter, vanilla and some booze. It tastes medium to heavy chocolate-y and vanilla-like sweet, toned down by a light roasted bitterness with a dry, spicy, almost peppery finish. 11%, 12oz

WILDBERRY SMOOTHIE, Decadent Ales: A tropical smoothie IPA featuring raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and strawberries. 7%, 16oz
