Peaks and Pints welcomes The Brewing Projekt

Back in May 2013, brewer Will Glass decided the universe clearly needed more beer and less bureaucracy, which unfortunately meant marching directly into the flaming administrative swamp of government shutdowns, TTB delays, Wisconsin regulatory headaches, suspicious landlords, endless paperwork, and the sort of soul-draining procedural nonsense usually reserved for doomed astronauts and people trying to refinance vintage sailboats. But Glass kept swinging. By April 2015, The Brewing Projekt finally opened in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, unleashing a bright, sticky, fruit-loaded rebellion of hoppy IPAs, then hazy IPAs, then milkshake IPAs, and eventually smoothie-style sour concoctions that behave less like beer and more like dessert carnival hallucinations with carbonation. Peaks & Pints snagged a handful of the Projekt’s latest liquid absurdities — plus a haze bomb for balance — now pouring inside our Tacoma Proctor District craft beer lodge for those willing to step briefly outside normal adult beverage behavior.

Dezzert Fight: A full pastry-counter fever dream brewed with Dangerous Man Brewing — blackberry, pineapple, soursop, cream cheese powder, vanilla, graham cracker sweetness and milk sugar all colliding like cheesecake accidentally achieving sentience, 6.7%

Jungo Joose: Peach, passion fruit, strawberry and sea salt ripple through this tropical fruit cannonball with all the subtlety of a beach vacation conducted entirely inside a blender, 6.2%

Puff Tart MegaBerryz: Raspberry, blackberry, blueberry and vanilla melt together into thick, glowing berry softness that drinks like a melted freezer pop upgraded by people with excellent tattoo sleeves, 4.57%

Puff Tart XL – Raspberry Guava: This oversized smoothie sour stomps into the room carrying raspberry, guava and marshmallow fluff like it owns the entire dessert dimension, 8.13%

Terminal: Thick hazy IPA loaded with Citra and El Dorado hops, rolling out mango, stone fruit and lingering citrus rind bitterness with the slow swagger of a freight train full of juice, 7.39
