Peaks & Pints, Tacoma’s temple of fermented reverie, continues its noble mission of overwhelming your palate with purpose—housing some 650 bottled and canned marvels in its chilly shrine of abundance, plus 28 taps (yes, nitro too, because effervescence can be a sensual thing). And while beer remains our North Star, don’t clutch your pearls if you find yourself drawn to a craft cider, a whispery kombucha, or a cold brew communion—we pour without judgment, only joy. Today, among the illuminated taps, one hazy oracle beckons: Culmination Brewing’s Drone Logic, a lush IPA fogged with Lotus, Strata, and Sultana hops—grapefruit, pineapple, orange dreams colliding in a swirl of tropical, pulpy exuberance. It’s juice with a thesis. It’s breakfast in a fever dream. It’s a good reason to click that tap list link on your phone and surrender to the haze.
