And today, we splash a technicolor miracle across our tap log: Cascade Brewing’s The Rainbow Project—a tart, wild-eyed blend of sour wheat and blonde ales aged in oak wine barrels for up to 18 months, then zested with orange, lime, lemon, and absolutely drenched in whole Northwest-grown strawberries.
