COSMIC OMNIBUS: Hazy IPA collaboration with Modern Times Beer brewed with Citra, Enigma, and Vic Secret hops for bright pineapple, berries, and citrus on the nose, followed by grapefruit and lemon peel. 6.8%

A ROUND ON THE HOUSE: A Cocoa Krispies-inspired milk stout brewed with lactose and cocoa nibs. 8%

THE ONE THAT JUST KICKED: Double IPA with nice aromas of orange, mandarin and some other tropical combinations. It’s sticky, thick, and offers flavors of mango, orange and an almost honey, malty undertone. 8%

DAMAGE PLAN: West Coast IPA collaboration with Grains of Wrath brewed with Amarillo, Citra, Cashmere, Chinook, and Centennial for tropical fruit and pine notes over a light malt base. 7%

Stoup Brewing

RAINBOW BUBBLES IPA: Stoup Brewing’s Pride month IPA sports a soft malt bill soft with additions of wheat and pilsner malt. Hallertau Blanc and HBC 630 offer aromas of gooseberry, white grape and tropical fruit. It’s moderately dry and extremely crushable. 5.7%

STOUPPORO SUPER PREMIUM JAPANESE LAGER: A refreshing lager brewed with pilsner malt and rice, plus New Zealand Wai-iti hops in the dry hop and whirlpool for a touch of peach and apricot. 4.5%

TWIN SERIES: An ode to both of Union Hill’s cidermakers’ grandfathers and their once upon a time feud. L.E. Sweet and D.J. Dry are two sides of the same coin. A blend of Red, Golden Delicious with Porter’s Perfection apples but one is sweet and one is dry. 7%
