7 Seas Brewing Blackberry Sour: Gose ale brewed with blackberry puree for a tart, fruity, and refreshing sour ale, 4.8%

Block 15 Brewing The Past – 15th Anniversary Amber Ale: Corvallis Brewing Supply and Joel Rea were instrumental in Block 15’s beginning and development as a community brewpub. From supplying their first home brew kit to providing knowledge and encouragement as we put together the dream of Corvallis’ first locally owned brewpub. Few things stand the test of time as a crisp amber ale, 5.5%

Block 15 The Present – 15th Anniversary West Coast IPA: Collaboration with ColdFire Brewing, this IPA is brewed with juicy Nectaron hops, 7%

Block 15 The Future – 15th Anniversary Rice Lager: Collaboration with the Oregon State University Fermentation Science Department, this crisp and refreshing lager features Pilsner malt grown in the Pacific Northwest, 4.5%

Brothers Cascadia Brewing Why So Cirrus?: Hazy IPA with a smattering of peaches and cream aroma and flavor, 5.5%

Brothers Cascadia You Knew What This Was: West Coast style IPA brewed with Mosaic, Talus, and Simcoe for bold flavors of citrus, sweet pine, and subtle berry notes with a dry finish, 6.4%

Ferment Brewing House Party Pale: A fruity, hazy pale ale with notes of passionfruit, rhubarb, and grapefruit, 5.7%

Fieldwork Brewing 8×8: In celebration of Fieldwork’s eight anniversary, they brewed this double dry hopped West Coast double IPA with eight hops — some in cryo form, and some in traditional pellets — for notes of fresh citrus, grapefruit juice, lemon zest, fruit punch, spring blossom, passionfruit, kumquat, pineapple, and a jar full of dank kush, 8%

Fieldwork Blue Roofs: Double dry hopped West Coast IPA brewed with Mosaic and Simcoe cryo (essentially hop keef) and keeping its strong bitterness in line with a more full body and overall juicy profile. Adding in some Strata to the hop mix just makes this new school westy even more juicy and tropical helping it ooze with notes of passionfruit, white grapefruit, blueberries, raspberries, pine needles, sweet melon, strawberries, and insanely high-grade Pacific Northwest Kush, 7%

Fieldwork Losing Day: Hazy IPA brewed with Nelson and Strata hops for notes of fresh passionfruit, Sauvignon Blanc grapes, key lime, sweet apricots, juicy pineapple, strawberries, papaya, and that lovely Nelson diesel, 7%

Fieldwork Super Saint Thomas: Hazy double IPA brewed with Mosaic hops for notes of tropical fruit salad, honeydew melon, citrus, fresh green grapes, and hints of under-ripe pineapple, freshly harvested marijuana, and finishing with an assertive yet refreshing note of freshly cut ruby red grapefruit, 9.6%

Pike Brewing Respect Cryo IPA: Brewed with three frozen fresh hops — Azacca, Citra and Mosaic — in the whirlpool and finished with cryo Amarillo and Idaho 7 in the dry hop for notes of orange, pine, white grape, stone fruit, brioche, peach, and gooseberry with a slight spice and malt sweetness, 7%

Stone Brewing Downunderstruck: Double IPA brewed with Down Under hops Galaxy, Ella, and Vic Secret for fruity gummy bears and bitterness, 9%
