Anchorage Road Trip: Hazy IPA brewed with El Dorado Incognito, fermented with thiol boosting yeast for an extra tropical base, and double dry hopped with Strata and Nelson Sauvin, 6.4%

Anchorage Year of the Tiger: Double IPA brewed with Vic Secret and Mosaic hops, fermented with Hazy Chico Yeast, and double dry hopped with Riwaka and Strata hops, 8.4%

Holy Mountain Brewing Downward Is Heavenward: Rustic rye lager brewed in a Kentucky Bluegrass hay lined mash tun with an Old World style of Pilsner malt along with some rye, hopped in the kettle with a blend of Spalter, Hersbrucker, and Saaz at various additions, then fermented long and cold with lager yeast, 4.9%

Holy Mountain Fedallah’s Hearse: West Coast IPA brewed using a blend of Pilsner and 2-row barleys, along with copious amounts of flaked rice, hopped in the kettle with Mosaic and Galaxy, then fermented cold with one of their favorite yeast strains, before being dry-hopped with more Galaxy and Mosaic Cryo, 6.4%

Holy Mountain Primordial Sky: Double IPA brewed with 2-row, Pilsner malt, malted spelt, flaked barley, and malted oats, hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, Galaxy and Idaho 7 in the kettle, and then ran through their hop back through some incredible Citra whole leaf hops, fermented with a blend of English ale strains, and lastly dry-hopped heavily with Mosaic Cryo, Galaxy, Idaho 7, and Simcoe, 8%

Wayfinder Beer Golden Tiger Polotmavý 13°: Collaboration with Bierstadt Lagerhaus in Denver and Lisa Allen from Heater Allen in McMinnville, Oregon, this Czech triple-decocted amber lager is brewed with a blend of floor-malted dark malts from Czechia, and sourced Saaz and Sladek hops, 5.3%
