Peaks and Pints New Beer In Stock 1.14.20

The Snowpocalypse has struck craft beer. Breweries are at a standstill; brewers are reportedly stranded, trucks are unable to deliver the goods, and people are getting home in any way possible. Still, Peaks & Pints braves on having sledded to work today. We suggest you do the same and enjoy these mighty fine craft beers. Cheers!

Fremont Brewing

GOLDEN PILSNER: After several pilsner releases, Fremont Brewing has found their new year-round pilsner, and it’s Golden. Brewed with Bohemian Pilsner malt, white wheat, and acidulated malt with Czech Saaz hops, it hits the nose with water cracker, honey, lemon, honeysuckle, and grass before offering moderate sweetness with a light bitterness and a crisp, light body. 4.5%

Gilgamesh Brewing

DOUG FIROCIOUS: This double IPA sports a beautiful copper color with notes of caramel and pine, plus a nice bitter finish. 8.7%

Little Beast Brewing

MAIDEN WEST IPA: “Welcome to the Pacific Northwest, where the trees are hops and the water is IPA,” so states the Maiden West IPA can. This Northwest IPA is brewed with Citra, Simcoe and Centennial hops for big notes of citrus, tropical fruit and pine. 6.1%

TREASURE HUNTER: This sour session IPA is the Portland brewery’s newest seasonal release. Treasure Hunter has pronounced tartness. The lemony acidity mingles nicely with the flavors of pineapple and stone fruit that comes from dry hopping the beer with El Dorado and Simcoe hops. 4.7%

Modern Times Beer

MEGA SPACE WAYS: Modern Times stuffed tweaked their Space Ways IPA recipe adding unreasonably quantities of Nelson, Motueka, and Simcoe hops for a lupulin-laden juice-beast that explodes with notes of stone fruit, lime zest, and tropical magic. 8.2%

Reuben’s Brews

AZACCA CRUSH HAZY IPA: This time around, Reuben’s Brews crushes Azacca hops for a hazy IPA with mango, pineapple, and orange notes, plus a juicy hazy body. 6%
