Peaks and Pints Day Before Thanksgiving Beer Parade!

Join us for the Tacoma Proctor District tradition as Peaks & Pints is alive with two spectators who happen to be shopping at the cooler and craft beer cheer is in the air. Get ready for a celebration filled with Peaks & Pints bartenders, world famous dark beers, incredible music, phenomenal waving and two people clapping their asses off. Welcome to Peaks and Pints Day Before Thanksgiving Beer Parade!

You are hovering around eye level inside Peaks and Pints at North 26th and Proctor Street in North Tacoma, Washington, for the smallest celebration in Tacoma today. The Peaks bartenders are line up six deep with their favorite dark beers of the moment, in celebration of our week-long Dark Side of Thanksgiving 20% off crowler fills to-go-go.

Today, our grand marshals are Doug and Christine Ellenberger, founders of Everybody’s Brewing in White Salmon, Washington. Doug and his amazing crew brewed our delicious 2020-2021 house beer, Pop-Up Park IPA.

You better watch out, you better not cry, you better not pout, we’re telling you why: Pelican Brewing Bad Santa Cascadian Dark Ale has arrived with Peaks bartender Bethany and, Santa, she’s one mother you don’t want to mess with, even with complex malt flavors and Fuggle hops.

Here comes Shayne with North Coast Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout, a showcase of big, balanced flavors, kept in check with a nice hop bill.

Mitchell spent some time working at Oskar Blues Brewery, and he’s spent some time with the Colorado brewery’s Ten Fidy Imperial Stout.

Twinkle toes Sarah Jane floats by with Icicle Brewing’s liquid German chocolate cake, Dark Persuasion pastry stout.

You knew she was coming. … Bartender Nicole is showing her Everybody’s Brewing Uncle Stepdad’s Bbl Imperial Stout the joint before she pulls it up a chair at her Thanksgiving.

Speaking of Thanksgiving, Barry will most certainly will enjoy this year’s Deschutes Brewery The Abyss 2020 tomorrow.

Next up is Spence with newly released 7 Seas Brewing Barrel Aged Imperial stout. Have you been nipping at the bottle, Spence?

Justin, once again, brings up the rear — this time with a Guinness. Nice!

These beers are in our cooler to parade around your house. Cheers folks!
