Tacoma Sandwich Special of the Day: NFL Buffalo Wingwich

SUNDAY JAN. 30 2022: In celebration of the NFL Championship Games today, the Peaks & Pints Kitchen whipped up an NFL Buffalo Wingwich, a take on buffalo wings with chicken, Buffalo aioli, blue cheese, red onion, and romaine on sourdough.

PAIRING: Equilibrium Brewing Mass x Acceleration

Buffalo Wingwich special has big, brash flavors that need a beer to tackle them. Equilibrium Brewing’s Mass x Acceleration double IPA brewed with Mosaic and Amarillo is a Force to be reckon with. This juicy elixir hits the nose with dank orange juice followed by orange and mango for days, plus melon flavored gummy bear juice, that will play offense and defense for the chicken, buffalo aioli, blue cheese, red onion, and romaine on sourdough.

We’re open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, but we hope to return to “before times” hours when we’re able to seat at full capacity.
