WEDNESDAY, JAN. 12 2022: The Peaks & Pints Kitchen Director Robby Peterson donned a white lab coat when he created today’s sandwich special. He lathers pastrami with money mustard barbecue sauce, Havarti, and blue cheese then adds pepperoncini, red onion, and tomato on sourdough 

PAIRING: pFriem Family Brewers Rye Whiskey Barrel Aged Imperial Brown

Aged in rye whiskey barrels for a year, pFriem’s imperial brown Ale offers rich notes of brandied cherry, toffee, rye spiciness, and a kiss of char with the last two flavors pairing well with the sandwich.

We’re open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, but we hope to return to “before times” hours when we’re able to seat at full capacity.
