Thursday, June 19, 2025: Peaks & Pints Kitchen Brittney whipped up Slaw & Order – Italian Unit Thursday Sandwich Featuring turkey, pepperoni, pesto, mayo, provolone, onion, tomato, and Italian slaw on French bread.

PAIRING: Heater Allen Pils

The best beer pairing would balance the fat, cut through the spice and pesto, and complement the umami depth.
