Thursday, June 19, 2025: Peaks & Pints Kitchen Brittney whipped up Slaw & Order – Italian Unit Thursday Sandwich Featuring turkey, pepperoni, pesto, mayo, provolone, onion, tomato, and Italian slaw on French bread.

PAIRING: Heater Allen Pils

The best beer pairing would balance the fat, cut through the spice and pesto, and complement the umami depth. The zesty mix of turkey, pepperoni, pesto, provolone, and Italian slaw on French bread pairs beautifully with Heater Allen Pils, whose crisp, lightly bitter finish cuts through the richness and enhances the sandwich’s bold, herbaceous flavors.
