Peaks & Pints celebrates the season with our Adventwiches Beeralendar — a daily advent calendar featuring a sandwich special and a winter beer behind a festival door. We could present a toasted American cheese sandwich paired with Michelob Ultra and still improve upon the stale chocolate that typically hides behind an advent calendar’s cardboard doors. But fortunately, we make delicious handmade sandwiches and pair them with tasty craft holiday beers.

Kitchen Kylee’s Khristmas In Thailand is Thai toast inspired with chicken, peanut sauce, pickled carrots, cucumber, fresh jalapeño and cilantro on French bread. The pairing beer, Double Mountain Brewery’s Fa La La La La La, is not the typical dark, winter ale as it’s chopped full of Centennial hops that gives a delicious citrus and resinous hop character. Its use of Pilsner and Crystal malts provide the base that balances out the hops with a nice malty backbone.
