Scientist Mark Bjornstad, builder Darin Montplaisir, businessperson Jesse Feigum, and engineer Mason Montplaisir first dreamed of starting a brewery. Through dumb luck, hard work, and amazing friends, they eventually got the opportunity to resurrect this building and bring this dream to life in September 2014. Brewhalla is the home of Viking-themed Drekker Brewing, and it’s become so much more than a brewery and taproom. It comprises a food market filled with Fargo, North Dakota’s best and most creative restaurants, shops, and makers, a bumping event center to throw killer parties, and a hotel like no other to immerse yourself in the whole Drekker experience. Part of Drekker’s Braaaaaaaains pastry sour series, this double fruit smoothie sour is made with peach, more peach, passionfruit, more passionfruit, vanilla, lactose sugar, and sea salt. It’s thick, tart, and perfectly sweet with tons of fruit.

Drekker PRRRTY-O’s

6% ABV

PRRRTY-O’s is the peachiest PRRRT to ever PRRRT. PRRRTY-O’s is a peach ring candy sour brewed with a whole bunch of peach, apricot, and peach slushy mix. It’s lactose-free.

Drekker Fluff Stuff – Mango

6% ABV

Fluff Stuff leans hard on the tried-and-true, crazy-delicious combination of fruit and marshmallows. This Fluff Stuff is—you guessed it—stuffed with tasty mangoes and sweet and fluffy marshmallows.

Drekker Slang Du Jour – Lemon Meringue Pie

6.3% ABV

Drekker’s expert adjunctologists unleashed the FlavorBot 9000. They dialed in that tart, sweet, fluffy lemon meringue pie flavor with precisely the right amount of Sicilian lemon, pear, cream of coconut, vanilla soft serve, granola, brown sugar, lactose, and vanilla.

Drekker Chonk Mixed Berry Truffle

6.8% ABV

This Chonk Sundae Sour is back, and this time, it’s fully loaded with raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, strawberry, dark chocolate and of course, big scoops of chocolate soft serve for a decadent, chonky leap into a big old box of devout silliness.
