Monday, June 16, 2025: Peaks & Pints Kitchen Quinn grabbed our Monday French Dip Special and created The Smokeshow Dip featuring turkey, campfire sauce, Parmesan, bacon, French bread, and a side of au jus.

The Smokeshow Dip sandwich—stacked with turkey, crispy bacon, smoky campfire sauce, and savory Parmesan on French bread, accompanied by a side of au jus—is a natural match for Alaskan Smoked Porter. This iconic beer amplifies the sandwich’s fire-kissed flavors with its bold, smoked malt character, echoing the campfire sauce while adding layers of roasted chocolate and subtle stone fruit notes.
