Peaks and Pints Tacoma Sandwich Special: Chicken Caprese
Monday, June 2, 2025: Peaks & Pints Chef Mike Parker created today’s sandwich special, featuring chicken, burrata, provolone, sweet pea pesto, rosemary mayo, and balsamic glaze, all on a French roll.
PAIRING: Occidental Brewing Kolsch
Our Monday sandwich special features a delightful blend of creamy, savory, herbaceous, and tangy-sweet flavors. A Kosch pairing will balance and complement these flavors without overwhelming the delicate elements, such as burrata and sweet peas. It offers just enough bitterness to cut the balsamic glaze and richness of the cheese.
THING TO DO: Please use the QR codes at the tables and order from the bartenders behind the bar. Call ahead at (253) 328-5621 for pick-ups. Cheers!
