Peaks and Pints Pilot Program: Ever Grain Brewing Flight

Share

In Fall of 2016, Ever Grain Brewing Company in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, opened to the public. Co-founders Larry Dolan and Norm Fromm, who’d worked together before running Camp Hill’s Brewhouse Grille, experimented and developed Ever Grain for two years before opening the 17,000 square foot brewery and taproom, as well as sip on beers straight from the 20 hectolitre brewhouse. The brewery owns a farm that not only is where they store 100 percent oak fermented mix culture and lambic-style beers, but also grow an assortment of local ingredients, such as vegetables, fruit, and honey; to utilize in our daily operations and brewing process. After 10 years as head brewer at Skookum Brewery in Arlington, Washington, Hollis Wood now shares his brewing and wood-aged knowledge daily at Ever Grain. A new round of ever Grain has arrived at Peaks & Pints, so stop by our craft beer and cider lodge and grab a to-go flight of Ever Grain beers — a flight we’re calling Peaks and Pints Pilot Program: Ever Grain Brewing Flight.
