Hello and happy March everyone! Looks like the month comes in like an armadillo. We’re live at Peaks and Pints in Tacoma’s Proctor District for this Sunday’s Peaks & Pints Beer Parade. The Peaks bartenders are standing in a line, just raring to go with their favorite beers and ciders of the week.

This week’s grand marshal is filmmaker, writer and Tacoma arts supporter John Kephart. Kephart is one of the founders of the Tacoma Film Alliance. Cheers John!

Here comes rad Amber and she’s pounding Stone Brewing’s new Peak Conditions Hazy Double IPA. Passion fruit, orange and guava juice … Aloha Amber!

World traveler Sara Jayne is back pouring at Peaks. Pull a Georgetown Brewing Mega Meow bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout from our cooler and listen to her travel tales.

Hi Fuzz! We see you’re digging Omnipollo Nebuchadnezzar double IPA’s grapefruit pith, blood orange peel, and slight pine. Fuzz our with that 8.5%.

You know her from her days running the Crown Bar on Sixth Ave. Yes, Christina now wears a Peaks & Pints crown, pouring her fav Deschutes Luna Jo Cold Brew Coffee Lager in Proctor, yo. We’re thrilled to have you in the Peaks family, Christina!

Five, 10, 15 … who do we love on the team, Joe! Maui Brewing celebrates their 15th anniversary with an amazing blend of the Hawaiian brewery’s Imperial Porter, Imperial Stout, Barleywine, and Imperial Brown aged for 12 months in bourbon, Cognac, brandy, and rum barrels.

Peaks favorite cowgirl Bethany gone done found deliciousness with Finnriver Cidery’s Dry Hopped Cider. This brewer on hiatus loves her some hops.

Bartender Phaedra parades Crux Fermentation Project All Worked Up [BANISHED] wheatwine. She’s training for a certain little high alcohol shindig at the end of the month.

Nicole wears the Unsung Brewing Bow Tie Nebuloid Hazy DIPA well! You go girl with that Axl Rose sashay!

Oh, look at Spenser. He’s all Father Knows Best with Pelican Brewing’s Father of All Tsunamis rye whiskey barrel-aged imperial stout. Papa preach!

You’re probably not making a gif of bartender Mitchell as he’s not cheeky this week, but rather prim and proper with a Samuel Smith Yorkshire Stingo strong ale. Bloody nice Mitchell!
