Fall might not have perfect tomatoes and strawberries, but it has apples, sweet potatoes, leeks, and other hearty vegetables and fruits, much of which are available at farmers markets that continue well into the cooler months. Today, the Proctor Farmers Market features parsnips, hazelnuts, Hot Babe-Hot Sauce, and many more items from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Wingman Brewers offers Pumpkin Pie P-51 Porter alongside their new Campfire Coffee Pumpkin Spice Latte Lager from 2-11 p.m.

Astoria, Oregon’s Buoy Beer Company and their sister company Pilot House Distilling will launch their own Washington State distribution in the Seattle, Olympia, and Tacoma areas. (The New School)

Sometime last weekend two stainless steel tanks (pictured above) were stolen from Boardwalk Brewing in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia. Washington Beer Blog followed the action. (Washingon Beer Blog)

Have a great day!
