It’s time to do the time warp again. Decades after its debut, cult classic Rocky Horror Picture Show remains a late-night cinema sensation. You already know how this goes: Brad and Janet stumbled into a strange castle filled with even stranger people, and the audience turns traditional movie going into an interactive event — but this time, it’s not on the silver screen, it’s performed live, as directed by John Munn. Join the craziness at 8 p.m. in the Lakewood Playhouse.
PREFUNK: Before hanging with Dr. Frank-N-Furter in Lakewood, drop by Peaks and Pints and do the Goat Boater. That’s right; Goat Boater isn’t an Adam Sandler movie but rather a sensational IPA by Rainy Daze Brewing in Poulsbo. Head brewer Mike Montoney has done it again, this time triple dry-hopping with Amarillo, Mosaic, Centennial, Cascade and on and one. It’s a freakin’ delicious West Coast style IPA and it’s pouring from our Western red cedar tap log.
