Peaks & Pints announces the start of Be Dankful and Celebrate Toys For Tots — a week-long partnership with Sierra Nevada Brewing and Pierce County Toys For Tots, designed to celebrate the season of giving and enjoy delicious IPAs. Peaks & Pints will pour discounted pints of the Chico, California brewery’s Celebration Fresh Hop IPA and Dankful IPA and host a Marine Toys For Tots raffle drive Nov. 15-21 with a grand prize raffle party on the last day.
Stop by Peaks & Pints Monday, Nov. 15 through Sunday, Nov. 21, donate a toy for a raffle ticket, enjoy a delicious Sierra Nevada pint, then join us at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 21 for the grand prize raffle party to win a Sierra Nevada longboard, backpack, and other prizes.
Sierra Nevada brews Dankful IPA not only to make everyone thankful for a resinous kick with notes of pine and tropical fruit, but also, they brew this hop-forward West Coast IPA to support nonprofits such as Marine Toys For Tots Foundation. Since 1981, Celebration IPA has been famous for its bold citrus and pine aroma.
“We are grateful to Sierra Nevada Brewing for their Be Dankful and Celebrate Toys For Tots campaign,” says Robby Peterson, co-owner of Peaks & Pints. “All the donated toys will go to children living in Pierce County.”
Since 1991, the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation is the fund raising, funding, and support organization for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program. Last year, Pierce County Toys For Tots branch distributed 51,026 toys to Pierce County children.
“Pierce County Toys For Tots does great work for our community, and we’re excited to partner with them this giving season,” adds Peaks co-owner Justin Peterson. “Be Dankful and Celebrate Toys For Tots is a fun, accessible way to give back and enjoy a few pints in the process. We can’t thank R.J. Adler of Sierra Nevada Brewing and Michelle Jenkins of Pierce County Toys For Tots enough for including Peaks & Pints in this year’s program.”
