Tacoma Sandwich Special of the Day: Pastrami Pop Life

TUESDAY, JAN. 25 2022: The Peaks & Pints Kitchen rides the spicy cherry pepper train again this time pairing them with pastrami, spicy mayo, onion, provolone, Havarti, and balsamic drizzle on French.

PAIRING: Scuttlebutt Brewing Pop Life IPA

Pop Life is a hazy IPA brewed with the YCH Cryo Pop Blend showcasing aromas and flavors of tropical and stone fruit. Are we actually pairing this IPA because the can color matches the color of our pastrami? Yes, indeed. But, this soft, smooth beer will coat the tongue a bit, making it easier to handle another spicy bite.

We’re open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, but we hope to return to “before times” hours when we’re able to seat at full capacity.
