Peaks & Pints, that blessed repository of fermented intention and liquid excess, continues to house a frankly stupefying array of bottled and canned wizardry—some 650 strong, chilled like sacred scrolls of sudsy scripture—alongside 28 taps (yes, with nitro, because creaminess is a moral imperative). And while beer remains our holy gospel, we joyfully break communion with cider, wine, cold brew, and kombucha for the pilgrims of alternative thirst. Today, our tap list delivers a cosmic message: Reuben’s Brews Life On Mars, an imperial IPA that glows with interstellar ruby red and smells like citrus, tangerine, and pine colliding at warp speed. Medium-full bodied with a silky caramel hum beneath its hop-driven orbit, this beer does not ask—it declares: drink long, drink deep, and for the love of Spock, prosper.
