Peaks and Pints Tap List: Friday October 4 2019

Peaks and Pints houses a mind-boggling array of suds: some 650 or so bottled and canned in our cooler, with another 28 on tap, including nitro lines. While craft beer remains our foundation, you don’t have to be embarrassed for ordering artisan craft cider, wine, cold brewed coffee and kombucha as those delights are on tap too at Peaks and Pints. Today, the Peaks and Pints Tap List Friday October 4 2019 includes Fremont Brewing’s 2019 Bourbon Barrel Aged Dark Star Imperial Stout, as well as added it to our cooler. This year’s release is “a blend of 24, 18, 12, and 8-month Bourbon Barrel-Aged Dark Star in 7-12-year old Kentucky bourbon barrels. The roasted and chocolate malts complement the smooth oats to bring you a stout delight wrapped in the gentle embrace of bourbon barrel-aged warmth,” according to Fremont. “It tastes like pure chocolate,” says a Cicerone at our bar.
