Sunday, June 29, 2025: Peaks & Pints Kitchen Director Robby Peterson dropped a Tzatziki Beef Supreme for our Sunday Sandwich Special. It’s a Mediterranean daydream wrapped in pillowy naan and blessed by the gods of bold flavor. This sandwich doesn’t just whisper of Greek isles and sun-soaked lunches; it shouts with cool tzatziki tang, salty crumbles of feta, fresh tomato, and crisp romaine, all riding shotgun with tender roast beef and sweet onions. It’s savory, it’s refreshing, it’s ridiculously satisfying—like if your favorite gyro and your go-to deli roast beef got married on a Santorini rooftop.
