Saturday, June 28, 2025: Peaks & Pints Kitchen Kylee serves up Bianca’s Flame — a bold, flavor-packed sandwich featuring cool, creamy chicken salad (with shredded chicken, green onion, carrots, celery, and a sweet kick of LlaMacita Honey Habanero Sauce) layered with tangy goat cheese and fresh arugula on soft French bread.

On this partly cloudy Saturday, Peaks & Pints invites you to turn up the heat with Bianca’s Flame — a fiery, flavor-packed sandwich inspired by Tacoma roots and saucy brilliance. It’s ignited by a slather of Llamacita Honey Habanero Sauce—the sweet-heat masterpiece crafted by former Tacoman Bianca Beach—this sandwich gets extra lift from tangy goat cheese and peppery arugula on soft French bread. To balance the burn and amplify the sweet citrus vibes, we suggest pairing it with Matchless Brewing’s All Fluff Hazy IPA, a plush, tropical haze bomb that wraps every bite in juicy mango and melon bliss. Llamacita Sauces was founded by chef Bianca Beach, daughter of Gayl Bertagni, the former co-owner of The Swiss Pub & Restaurant in Tacoma. Bianca grew up working alongside her mother in The Swiss kitchen, where she developed a deep love for bold flavors, creative cooking, and the lively spirit of restaurant life. Now living in Cleveland Heights with her family, Beach carries that culinary legacy forward through Llamacita—a vibrant sauce company inspired by the flavors of Southern California taquerias and her Tacoma roots. With playful branding and a signature llama mascot, Llamacita’s standout Honey Habanero Sauce—nicknamed “Orange”—blends habaneros, carrots, honey, garlic, and vinegar into a sweet-heat masterpiece. Whether drizzled on tacos, wings, or layered into a Peaks & Pints sandwich, Llamacita brings together food, family, and flavor in every bottle.
