Peaks & Pints Saturday Bottle Logic Flight

Share

Bottle Logic Brewing has never brewed politely. Since 2013, the Anaheim crew has treated beer less like tradition and more like mad science — a laboratory of lupulin where equations collapse into chaos and barrel-aged dreams flirt with dessert. Their taproom has always felt like a feverish blend of alchemy lab and comic-book lair: chalkboards scrawled with hop hieroglyphs, glassware glowing with experiments gone deliciously sideways, beakers bubbling with paradox. They build West Coasts like surgical strikes, hazies like technicolor hallucinations, and pastry stouts that taste like someone torched a bakery inside your ribcage — all with a sly wink, as if to remind you: logic is overrated, but beer isn’t.

So today, Peaks & Pints tilts its beaker toward Anaheim and pours out a five-part spectacle: peaches and haze reveries in Fuzzy Logic, tropical buddy-comedy mischief in Food Buddies, recursive lupulin algorithms in Recursion, razor-edged hop warfare in Order of Combat, and a bourbon-barreled séance under blueberry skies in Paisley Cave Complex. This is Bottle Logic at full tilt: the wild professors of Anaheim turning science into sorcery, and sorcery into your Saturday pint.

Peaks & Pints Saturday Bottle Logic Flight

Bottle Logic Fuzzy Logic

7.1% ABV | Hazy IPA with White & Yellow Peaches

Fuzzy Logic is Bottle Logic in fruit-mad scientist mode — a hazy IPA reimagined as an orchard daydream. Idaho barley, wheat, and oats lay down the pillowy base, Simcoe and El Dorado flash citrus through the haze, and then come the peaches — white and yellow, glowing like orchard lanterns. The sip is lush, juicy, playful, bitterness flickering in the margins while peach nectar hums center stage. It’s less beer than sunshine bitten straight from the branch, proof that Anaheim knows how to turn haze into liquid hallucination.

Bottle Logic Food Buddies

8.2% ABV | Imperial Hazy IPA

Food Buddies is Bottle Logic at its prankster best — a collab with Other Half that reads like a tropical roommate comedy in liquid form. Mosaic, Motueka, and Nectaron don’t so much blend as wrestle, tossing papaya, lime, pineapple, and peach across your palate in unpredictable bursts. At 8.2%, it drinks alarmingly easily all juicy chaos disguised as charm. The result is loud, bright, sticky fun — the kind of IPA that leaves you grinning, a little dazed, and wondering what just ran through your mouth, shouting, “more fruit!”

Bottle Logic Recursion

6.5% ABV | West Coast IPA

Recursion is Bottle Logic running the West Coast code until it sings — a clear, golden IPA engineered from iteration after iteration. Simcoe, Mosaic, El Dorado, and Columbus line up like algorithms in lupulin form: grapefruit bite, apricot brightness, pine-dank resonance. Clean body, dry finish, bitterness honed sharp but precise. It’s elegant and relentless at once, a beer designed to loop infinitely: pour, sip, repeat.

Bottle Logic Order of Combat

7.2% ABV | West Coast IPA

Order of Combat is Bottle Logic’s hop army on parade, a West Coast IPA marching in crisp formation. Columbus, Citra, Simcoe, El Dorado, and Mosaic strike with pine, citrus, cedar, and a snap of tropical fruit, bitterness sharp as a drawn blade. The pour glints gold, the finish cuts clean, the whole pint drinking like a tactical maneuver in lupulin warfare. It’s less a beer than a campaign strategy — and yes, you’ll want to enlist for round two.

Bottle Logic Paisley Cave Complex

14.4% ABV | Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Pastry Stout

Paisley Cave Complex is Bottle Logic in full decadent séance mode — a barrel-aged stout so rich it borders on invocation. Cacao, scorched marshmallow, and blueberry jam smolder in bourbon’s warm grip, pouring like midnight velvet over your senses. At 14.4%, it doesn’t sip, it envelops — vanilla smoke curling, chocolate thunder rolling, berry sweetness pulsing through the dark. It’s blueberry s’mores built on bourbon fire, a dessert incantation that lingers like a ghost song long after the glass is drained.
