Tomorrow is a very important #NewTapWednesday. We are unveiling an annual series. Welcome to the Pyroclastic Series. Featuring some of our best concoctions aged in some interesting barrels. First up is our Pyroclastic Lahar Stout. Aged in Woodenville Bourbon Barrels checking in at 8% ABV. We tap the keg at 5 pm, right along side game 7 of the World Series.
Here's our 6-head bottle filler. Made in Italy, it's geared towards wine filling and/or packaging flat products. In our situation, we bottle condition which is a secondary refermentation using champagne yeast and sugars in order to create carbonation within the bottle. That process takes about a month. Just in time for the weekend! Three new beers! From right to left we have a Fresh batch of No Fruit Was Harmed IIPA- this one was double dry hopped with citra, jarrylo, and mandarina. In the middle we have P.U.D. lite – our crisp, not filling, light American lager. Next we have a fresh batch of our west coast style IIPA More Power IIPA – this one was dry hopped with mosaic, ctz and citra. Maybe our best yet?
