Peaks and Pints houses a mind-boggling array of suds: some 850 or so bottled and canned in our cooler, with another 28 on tap, including nitro lines. While craft beer remains our foundation, you don’t have to be embarrassed for ordering artisan craft cider, wine, cold brewed coffee, and hard seltzer as those delights are on tap too. The Peaks and Pints Tap List Friday July, 2023, includes Fort George Brewery’s 3-way IPA Hazy Chico on our Western red cedar tap log. Brewed with Hazy Chico yeast, the third iteration of 3-Way IPA 2023 leads with dank, tropical aromatics and ends in smooth, perfectly re-sippable bitterness. The brewers at Fort George, Cellarmaker Brewing, and Anchorage Brewing spent months sifting through their extensive IPA-style archives to formulate this West Coast recipe. You could argue they saved the best for last.
