Thursday, Nov. 7 2024: The Peaks & Pints Kitchen Brittany stacked salami, pepperoni, and ham to be smothered with pesto, olive tapenade, green peppers, red onions, provolone, Parmesan, tomato, and white balsamic on sourdough.

PAIRING: Great Notion Brewing Birra Sporgenza

Italian pilsners are dry and refreshing, with a pronounced hop character and dry hopped for more aroma. The Oregon brewery brewed their Italian-style pilsner is brewed with Tettnanger, Saaz, and Saphir hops.
