Tuesday, June 3, 2025: Peaks & Pints Kitchen Kylee created today’s sandwich special with salami, gorgonzola, diced green peppers, Parmesan, and arugula on sourdough.

PAIRING: Trappist Westmalle Dubbel

Westmalle Dubbel is a dark, reddish-brown Trappist beer with a secondary fermentation in the bottle. It’s rich and complex, herby and fruity, with a fresh, bitter finish. The Dubbel’s malty sweetness, dark fruit, and mild spice balance out the salty, tangy, and funky notes in gorgonzola and salami.
