BOURBON COUNTY BRAND ANGEL’S ENVY STOUT, Goose Island: Imperial stout aged freshly emptied barrels that once held Angel’s Envy Kentucky straight bourbon. After aging in those for a year, the beer is transferred to a second set of Ruby Port wine barrels where it patiently matured for another year. By replicating Angel Envy’s finishing process, Goose Island refined and amplified the flavors of cherry, spice, and cocoa within this aged stout, 15.5%, 16.9oz

BOUBON COUNTY BRAND BANANAS FOSTER, Goose Island: Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with deep caramelization, aromas of fresh baked banana bread, and warm notes of cinnamon and almond, 13.9%, 16.9oz

BOURBON COUNTY BRAND BACKYARD STOUT, Goose Island: Imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels for at least one year, and then finished and blended with mulberries, boysenberries and marionberries. A taste of the past, this imperial stout is a balanced and nuanced play on fresh fruit, vanilla, and chocolate, 12.9%, 16.9oz

BOURBON COUNTY BRAND EAGLE RARE STOUT, Goose Island: From select American oak barrels sourced from Eagle Rare in Kentucky, Bourbon County Brand Stout is aged for two years in Eagle Rare 10-year-old barrels for an incredibly complex and boldly rich stout with notes of dark fruits and strong barrel presence, 14.5%, 16.09

HEAVY SLICE, Reuben’s Brews: Over the years we’ve made a few beers with our friends at Great Notion, and always have fun serving ideas back and forth over the Oregon-Washington state line. For our latest collaboration we made two beers based on the same recipe. Using Simcoe and Citra hops, plus Amarillo in the dry hop, they brewed a West Coast IPA while we made a New England-style IPA with notes of mango, citrus, and pine. 7%, 16oz

MONEYTRON, Fieldwork Brewing: Hazy IPA brewed with Nelson, Nectatron, Riwaka, and Motueka SubZero Hop Kief, et voilà; no need to know how to CIP a tank or clean your kegs; these New Zealand hops for boisterous aromas of pink grapefruit juice, pomelo wedges, kumquat zest, passionfruit, pineapple froyo, dried apricots, peach marmalade, gooseberries, sauvignon blanc wine grapes, and lychee, 6.6%, 126oz
