Peaks and Pints Beer Flight: Imprint Schmoojee

Share

Ryan Diehl and Richard “Sid” Sidman opened Imprint Beer Company in Hatfield, Pennsylvania, in September of 2018. Located in Montgomery County just north of Philadelphia, Imprint immediately had to increase their brewhouse size due in part to their creative hazy IPA, luscious stouts, and mind melting Schmoojee fruited sour with lactose series. Imprint might be more of an acquired taste for some, but if you like your beer with a lot of fruit in it, man is this the brewery for you. Peaks & Pints thinks all we need to do is describe one of their beers, Schmoojee Orange Coconut a La Mode, a heavily fruited smoothie style sour ale with oranges, heavy coconut, and 100 percent real cream. You can find Schmoojee Orange Coconut a La Mode and six other Imprint Schmoojee sours in the Peaks & Pints cooler — which we have turned into a suggested to-go beer flight, Peaks and Pints Beer Flight: Imprint Schmoojee.

Peaks and Pints Beer Flight: Imprint Schmoojee

Imprint Schmoojee Strawberry A La Mode

5.8% ABV

Featuring 100-percent real cream, this Schmoojee a la Mode uses their special blend of fresh overripe strawberries.

Imprint Schmoojee Blackberry Black Currant Black Cherry Coconut

6.5% ABV

Imprint was busy in 2023. Along with maintaining its lengthy tap list, the brewery also opened an arcade on its Hatfield, Pennsylvania, premises. The GNARCADIUM, as the arcade is called, has retro video games, shuffleboard, darts, and other games all for free. Their Schmoojee Blackberry Black Currant Black Cherry Coconut is a heavily fruited sour ale with — wait for it — blackberries, black currants, black cherries, and coconut.

Imprint Schmoojee PB&J: Peanut Butter Concord Grape Raz Jam & Bananas

6.5% ABV

Imprint believes Schmoojee PB&J: Peanut Butter Concord Grape Raz Jam & Bananas might be their best peanut butter smoothie sour yet. Bank on this one as the concord grape and bright raspberries meld perfectly with the smooth banana and creamy peanut butter.

Imprint Schmoojee Hydra A La Mode

6.5% ABV

Mortalis Brewing Company from Avon, New York, reached out to Imprint about making a second Hydra Schmoojee smoothie sour mash-up, this time with cream. Hydra A La Mode features strawberry, coconut, pineapple, and their favorite 100-percent real cream.

Imprint Schmoojee Tangerine A La Mode

6.5% ABV

Imprint, once again, used 100-percent real cream in this smoothie tangerine sour drenched in Schmoojee a la Mode.
