Trappist Tuesday at Peaks & Pints with Merchant du Vin

For one contemplative evening, Peaks & Pints turns Tuesday into a small pilgrimage through the world of Trappist beer — those rare monastery brews crafted for centuries by monks following a simple rhythm of prayer, work, and quietly exceptional fermentation.

Join Merchant du Vin, the Tacoma-based importer that first introduced many of these legendary abbey ales to American drinkers, for a Trappist Tuesday celebration featuring two rare draft pours: the mahogany-hued English Trappist ale Tynt Meadow from Mount Saint Bernard Abbey and the luminous Belgian Rochefort Triple Extra, brewed by the monks of Rochefort Abbey.

A special Trappist Tuesday flight will also be available, offering a guided tour through the contemplative, historic beers that helped shape the modern craft world.
