Sunday morning, Feb. 5, the sound of a five triple IPA kegs being tapped will resonate like the screech of a dog whistle calling hopheads from far and wide to Peaks & Pints in Tacoma’s Proctor District. Once again, Peaks & Pints will join the Washington Hop Mob Roadshow across Western Washington showcasing the holy grail for American beer drinkers. Crafting one of these ultra-hopped numbers is difficult; a true test of a brewer’s abilities. Peaks & Pints will showcase said talent when we tap the likes of Bale Breaker Brewing’s Mount Saint Humulus, Urban Family Wizard Party, and other Washington state brewed, 10%-plus IPAs with wacky names.
