Time loosens its grip a little on Thursday night as Peaks & Pints hosts the Tacoma release party for 30 Minute Tour IPA, a collaboration that treats the I-5 corridor like a shared heartbeat rather than a boundary. Narrows Brewing (Tacoma, 2013) and Matchless Brewing (Tumwater, 2017) meet in the middle with a beer that speaks in two hop dialects — crisp, West Coast snap on one end, softer hazy glow on the other — same road trip name, different soundtracks. The night unfolds as a guided tasting crawl: four stations total, two Narrows, two Matchless, each staffed with a human guide offering tastes, swag, and context. Visit all four in 30 minutes if you’re feeling spry, or wander at your own pace and let the clock melt.
