Peaks & Pints 5-Course Beer Flight

Share

There are tasting flights, and then there are meals — the kind that unfold in courses, each pour arriving with its own mood, its own little story, its own reason for being exactly where it is. Peaks & Pints 5-Course Beer Flight leans delightfully sideways into that idea: five beers as five courses, moving from bright, salty, and strange through lush indulgence and into full-throated centerpiece swagger before easing into a sweet, lingering finish. It’s less about order and more about experience, a playful progression where each glass sets the table for the next, and nothing behaves quite the way you expect.

Peaks & Pints 5-Course Beer Flight

Tox Brewing Chips & Dip

6.5% ABV | Sour – Fruited | New London, Connecticut

Tox Brewing‘s opening bite lands with a splash — mango and lime flashing like a welcome cocktail before a hint of heat and a saline crackle settle in, tortilla and citrus playing off each other in a way that feels equal parts appetizer and dare, a bright, tangy first course that wakes everything up.

Freebridge Slap & Pickle

4.2% ABV | Gose | The Dalles, Oregon

The second course pivots savory, all dill snap and lemony tang, sea salt and coriander weaving through a crisp, puckering frame, Freebridge‘s pickle note sliding in clean and confident, refreshing the palate like a well-timed reset before things turn richer.

Claim 52 Thicc: Mango Sticky Rice

5% ABV | Sour – Smoothie / Pastry | Eugene, Oregon

Course three drifts into Claim 52 smoothie sour indulgence — mango, coconut cream, and soft vanilla folding together in a lush, dessert-leaning swirl, a gentle tartness keeping the sweetness in check, like a mid-meal treat that blurs the line between playful and decadent.

Tripping Animals Ma, He Did It!

10% ABV | IPA – Triple New England / Hazy | Doral, Florida

The main course arrives with presence — a surge of citrus and tropical weight, mango and orange layered over a soft pine backbone, the warmth tucked neatly beneath the haze, bold yet composed, the kind of centerpiece that anchors the whole experience.

Timber Ales Strawberry Brûlée

6% ABV | Stout – Pastry | New Haven, Connecticut

And finally, dessert — strawberry and roasted coffee unfolding slowly, maple sweetness glowing just under the surface, rich but measured, like the last bite you linger over a little longer than planned, a soft landing with just enough flourish to close the loop.
