AVERY BREWING DOUBLE BARREL MAPLE STOUT: Imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels, then aged in maple syrup barrels and dosed with coffee, cinnamon, and extra maple syrup for a shimmering black body with a darker beige head. Double Barrel Maple Stout hits the nose with strong notes of maple and wood, supported by earthy, bourbon, coffee, and fudge. The flavor continues this theme — maple, bourbon, and wood leading, with fudge and coffee rising more, but featuring a sharp infusion of cinnamon near the finish. 15.3%, 12oz
AVERY TWEAK: One of the most beloved creations from Avery’s barrel program, Tweak is made with espresso beans soaked in a bourbon barrel-aged stout, featuring a nose with tons of bourbon, followed by bitter roastiness, bourbon, hop spice, burnt coconut, charred oak, and coffee. The aftertaste is the same with a mix of sweet bourbon and vanilla, 14.7%, 12oz
DOUBLE MOUNTAIN BREWERY GOSCHIE FARMS 1904 IPA: Brewed with Goschie Farms homegrown barley and its Cascade, Centennial, and Fuggle hops, plus a touch of Simcoe from nearby Woodburn, Oregon, provides a clean bittering foundation, while a final dry hop with Cryo Pop amplifies notes of citrus and pine. The name 1904 IPA honors the year Goschie Farms began growing hops on the farm’s historic plot of land, though the farm itself dates back even further to 1885, 6.2%, 500ml
EVERYBODY’S BREWING PINK GUAVA ALE: It’s a melting pot of fruits due to pink guava’s well-rounded flavor, combining the sweetness of strawberry, melon, and pear to complement the tangy sour ale, 5.6%, 12oz
OLD STOVE BREWING MIRA AQUI: This crisp, clean Mexican-style lager with a simple malt bill and the light use of Amarillo hops, 4.5%, 16oz
VON EBERT BREWING 7TH ANNIVERSARY GERMAN-STYLE PILSNER: Collaboration with Russian River Brewing, this seventh anniversary pilsner is made with Diamant, U.S. Mittelfrüh, and Saphir hops, as well as Weyermann Premium Pilsner malt and Canada Malting Premium Pils malts, for floral and citrus notes, 5%, 16oz
