PAIRING: Matchless Brewing Brave & Adventurous

Big Nose Kate inspired Matchless to brew a Vienna lager that pairs well with their whiskey; featuring some of the same grains they use. Brewed with Pilsner, Vienna and Rye malts — plus Spalter Select and Czech Saaz hops — this lager has notes of fresh baked bread, subtle rye spice and a mildly citrusy hop finish.
