Welcome to Peaks & Pints, your cedar-scented sanctuary of fermented abundance, where 650 or so bottled and canned masterpieces lounge in cool, contemplative splendor and 28 taps (yes, including nitro, because we believe in texture as religion) flow like a hymn to the gods of grain and yeast. Though craft beer is our cornerstone, we embrace all liquid epiphanies—cider, wine, kombucha, cold brew—no judgment, only joy. And today, our tap log pulses with the heady hum of Fremont Brewing’s Head Full of Dynomite v.13—a 6.8% hazy IPA dreamscape brewed with Cashmere, Idaho 7, and Mosaic. It’s subtle pine, it’s soft resin, it’s a whisper of sweetness wrapped in a bitter kiss—like licking citrus from a velvet glove while someone reads poetry about moss.
