Finnriver Farm & Cidery returns to Peaks & Pints with that exact energy\, a year after their first canning debut\, now rolling back into Basecamp Proctor with a fresh pour of purpose: the release of their new Dry cider in cans\, sharp as orchard light and just as alive. \nThis one leans into the bones of the fruit — organic Granny Smith and Pink Lady apples from Washington locking arms with Golden Russet from Ashland\, Oregon\, the latter coaxed through fermentation with a Sauvignon Blanc yeast that whispers a little wine into the mix\, then tucked away to rest\, to deepen\, to become something quietly compelling.
