Johnson — a cheesemonger and certified curd nerd living in the Seattle area — to pair with local artisanal cheese. Johnson\, a PhD with an ACS CCP\, owns The PhCheese\, a blog dedicated to expanding general knowledge and appreciation for all things cheese.
