Peaks and Pints February Stout Month 2025

Rolling into Tacoma’s Proctor District for a 28-day stand at Peaks & Pints comes February Stout Month, the full-bodied, rich, and creamy adaptation of the 1987 sleeper hit that made Patrick Swayze a household name. Through February, the craft beer and cider bar, bottle shop, and restaurant will tap, front and center, six stouts, imperial stouts, and barrel-aged stouts on our Western Redcedar Tap Log. Neither a musical nor a dance revue, February South Month is less a fresh re-imagining of the teen romance and more a fade to black and run wild with pitch-black ales.

Baby may be the ugly duckling, but she has options and adores milk stouts. Johnny? He’s a working boy with a bad reputation and loves to get dirty with adjuncts and smoked malts. Their forbidden love blossoms at Peaks & points as Johnny schools Baby in his dirty ways, and she, entering the realm of the senses, becomes a barrel-aged freak.
